I had a wonderful experience at Park Inn by Radisson Nairobi. The rooms were warm and clean, providing a comfortable stay after long meetings. The staff, particularly Christabel Chebii, made my time there feel incredibly welcoming. The dining was exceptional, especially with Chef Moha's attention to detail for my baby's meals. While I truly enjoyed everything, I wish there were even more dining options available.

I had high hopes for my stay, but the experience fell short in some areas. The hotel lacked proper communication, which was disappointing for such a reputable brand. However, I truly enjoyed the culinary offerings, which made dining a standout experience. Unfortunately, I faced issues with the room temperature and the overall service left room for improvement.

My stay at Park Inn Nairobi was truly impressive, marked by spacious and well-maintained rooms along with efficient check-in. The breakfast had an excellent variety, and I appreciated the sustainable practices in place. While the rooftop area with the gym and pool added a nice touch, I wished the gym could have been larger. Overall, I found it to be great value for money, and I can't wait to return.
